Growling at the Toaster

Once upon a time, there was a dog who liked to growl at the toaster every time it would start making toast. His owners couldn’t understand why, but they couldn’t hear the high-pitched sound it made.

In math class one day, a little boy was struggling to figure out a math problem. He asked the math teacher for help, but the teacher called him an idiot and told him to sit back down and shut up. Distraught, the little boy turned around and went back to his desk. He didn’t say anything else.

Trolling through the Open Water

Gregory had no friends. One day, he decided it would be fun to go fishing with his pet dog. He packed a lunch and his fishing supplies, hooked his boat up to his truck, and drove to the lake. When he got to the lake, he carefully backed his boat into the water and began to fish. Soon, he felt a tug on the line. A fish! Excited, Gregory reeled in his line, only to find that he had caught his dog.
