There wasn’t much that Carl couldn’t do. Every so often, he would find himself inspired to use his extraordinary prowess to woo an attractive female. One such inspiring female came to Carl’s attention one day when Carl was at work. Carl had never liked his job, but that day, he made the decision to stick around, just in case that delivery lady came back to his desk with another package.
Inspiration
Donovan picked up his oil pastels and looked at his easel with anticipation. As if captivated by some mysterious energy, Donovan slowly began to draw. When finished, he took a step back to admire his creation. The resulting piece was astonishingly unremarkable.
Icicles
Jill sat up in her bed one night after having a strange dream. She found herself shivering and covered in ice-cold water. Her husband stood next to the window across the room, staring at something just outside that Jill could not see. Slowly, Jill found her way to the window and stood next to her husband, fearful for what she might see outside.
To her surprise, Jill saw that a large billboard had been erected on their front lawn. Pieces of Jill’s dream started flooding her thoughts. She realized then that she had not been dreaming after all.

Tiffany tried to move forward on the strange, two-wheeled contraption she found herself standing on. She continued shouting, “Furthermore! Therefore! In conclusion! All things considered!” but nothing seemed to work.
Superstitions
He grabbed the rabbit by the foot and threw it at his cat, causing the rabbit much harm while subsequently scaring the cat under a ladder. When he turned around, he ran into his door, which had been decorated with four-leaf clovers and horseshoes. The large mirror hanging next to his door slid to the floor, shattering. He then checked his phone and saw a message from his wife telling him about their new baby boy.
Frederick’s Three Problems
Once upon a time, there was a man named Frederick. Frederick had three problems. One problem Frederick had was that he was unable to feel pain. He also had the strange habit of falling asleep while trying to swing at the playground. The third problem Frederick had was less visible to the public, but it probably had the most impact on Frederick’s life. You see, Frederick was a squirrel in a man’s body.
At least, that’s how Frederick felt.

Josephine had to take a survey once. Near the top of the page, it clearly stated, PLEASE FILL IN ALL BUBBLES COMPLETELY. So, Josephine got to work.

Falling Asleep in the Back Row
Trent couldn’t find a way to make his computer function properly. The more he tried, the more problems he seemed to be having. Finally reaching the end of his patience, Trent threw his computer at the wall. The action only seemed to aggravate the problem more.
