Frozen Yogurt

Frozen Yogurt

There once was a man named Yulkinberger. He was unfortunately named, and because of this, he was an unfortunate person. Once, when Yulkinberger was playing Frisbee with his friend, the Frisbee flew onto the roof of a very high house. He and his friend ran home to get a ladder so they could retrieve their beloved disc. When Yulkinberger got onto the roof, he turned around, causing the ladder to fall onto his friend, killing him instantly. Not only did he kill his friend, but he got stuck on the roof for two days until he finally mustered up the courage to jump onto a trampoline below. He landed on the trampoline, did a flip, and landed perfectly on the grass. Thinking he had finally been fortunate for once in his life, he looked around to see if anyone had seen his impressive feat. It was then that he noticed a gigantic dog barreling toward him. The dog latched itself to Yulkinberger’s leg and would not let go. Yulkinberger let out a yelp and began running in circles while the dog remained firmly attached to his leg. Blinded by pain, Yulkinberger ran into a tree and fell unconscious.
When he came to, he realized that he was on a couch in a strange living room. He had been stripped completely naked and his leg wound had been bandaged. Suddenly, Yulkinberger realized how thirsty he was after being stuck on the roof for two days. He tried to stand up so he could orientate himself, but he fell to the ground in pain when he put weight on his crippled leg. Upon hearing the large thud in her living room, a woman named Greta quickly grabbed a nine-iron and ran into the room to see what was going on.
“Who are you and what are you doing in my house?” she demanded, surprised by the bloody naked man lying on her floor.
“My name is Yulkinberger. You mean to tell me you didn’t strip me and bandage my wounds?”
“No, I didn’t. But it’s rather fortunate that someone did. My name is Greta and I own a frozen yogurt franchise. That means that I can take good care of you.”
Wow! thought Yulkinberger. Could it be? A frozen yogurt entrepreneur? Certainly my luck is turning around now!
